I would love to present my work on Mary Field (1896-1968), the British film producer, at the conference this fall. Potential topics could involve, film studies, documentaries, education, nature portrayals on film, or trailblazing women. More thematically, I could see a variety of topics including author-audience engagement, metropole-hinterland communication, or the evolution of educational materials. I am a graduate student and this would be my first time presenting at the conference. Feel free to contact me if you have any interest in setting up a panel! hloomis@siue.edu
Hello! Currently working on a Charlotte Mason centered panel with a fellow graduate student. We are in different fields (English & history) and at different universities, but both have a strong background on Mason and conference experience. We are researching a chair for this panel & would love suggestions/ideas.
Thanks!
